SHIPPING POLICY 

All orders are sent tracked and signed.

you will receive your order tracking number when your order has been dispatched. 

UK delivery is 1-4 working days, international delivery times may vary between 3-12 working days. 

Recipients of the order are responsible for any import duties and taxes if required, this varies from country to country. Please check with you local customs office to avoid any unexpected charges.

For small amendments to orders such as spelling mistakes to customer and delivery information please contact the care team.    

By placing an order, customers commit to accept delivery of the parcel related to the order placed. If the parcel cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to causes ascribable to the absent cooperation of the customer (wrong or incorrect phone number, wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent receiver, left with a neighbour)is deemed the responsibility of the customer and thus COMMON Å COMMUNĒ exempts all responsibility for failed delivery. If the tracked parcel is returned back by the carrier service to the despatched address in its original condition (unopened) a refund will be issued. Any Shipping cost, duty and tax fees; will be deducted from the total amount of the order to be refunded.

 

COMMON Å COMMUNĒ shall not be liable for any postal delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including failures within the performance of the carrier service chosen. 

RETURNS POLICY

Due to the sustainable nature of production, all garments are made to order or "one of one" unique pieces, as a result all sales are final.
